Air in the East: The third Medicine Wheel Workshop 

It is time to begin focusing on your own life path and what you intend to manifest in the coming months. This is a great time to go within using the language of your soul to breath life into your divine essence. Held in sacred space, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Learn shamanic breathing techniques to find your inner still point and enhance your energy field
• Experience shamanic journeying and connecting with the living element of air and the winged ones
• Practice giving and receiving healing using feather technique 
• Gain a deeper understanding of the new beginnings you're preparing to birth in your life (direction of the east)
• Use the power of breath and voice to reclaim your human sovereignty
• Leave with an greater assuredness of your life path

Administration:

Please wear comfortable casual clothing and dress for the prevailing weather conditions as part of the day will be spent outdoors.
