Crystal Frequencies

The day provides the opportunity to deepen your understanding and knowledge of crystal technology   At a practical level, explore different physical structures, shapes and compositions and their applications for healing.  Spiritually,  journey to the crystal kingdom for personal insight, and become proficient and confident in working collaboratively with these finer frequencies.  Learn how to harness crystal technology for specific purposes, how to program and deprogram them, explore and apply techniques to build and direct energy and discover how to create your own crystal essences. You'll also be able to enjoy a sound bath from my crystal singing bowl aligned to the frequency of the third eye and 432Hz (the original nature based frequency of music).  You'll also gain practical hands-on experience in creating crystal essences.

A basic understanding about crystals at a personal level is useful.

Please bring with you:

• any specific crystal you own that you'd like to work with
• a crystal pendulum to work with
• a notepad and pen
• your lunch (refreshments and nibbles provided throughout the day)
