Acceptance Criteria

1. You'll be familiar with the concept of energy healing or therapy, even if you don't practice it personally

2. Personal study time is a key component of this experience and necessitates you accepting the possibility that personal blockages may come to the surface in order to be released and healed. 

3.  The teachings form part of your greater journey through life and should therefore not be considered an answer to all of life's mysteries.

4.  You'll be asked to confirm that you are not under the influence of any drug, alcohol or substance abuse or currently participating in any recovery programme.

Accommodation and what to bring

Shaman's Lodge is a self-catering one bedroom lodge, with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, upstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room, and your own private courtyard garden.   Bedding and towels are provided. Please bring:

~ all your own food and drinks

~ clothing and personal toiletries

~ yoga mat or meditation blanket

~ suitable outdoor wear for the weather conditions, and sturdy walking boots

~ notebook and/or journal/sketchbook, pens and colouring pencils, and any favourite personal items you feel moved to bring.
