Sound, Supper & Sleep

Located on the Somerset/Dorset border, orientated to the solstices and on an ancient leyline, Spirit Horse Yurt offers a soothing and nurturing space. The yurt is set next to our labyrinth meditation walk and vegetable garden and is protected from the worst of the prevailing weather from the barn walls. You'll have some amazing views to enjoy whatever the season. The experience offered is designed to heal and reconnect you to the earth energy. Come and be bathed in the healing sounds of the shamanic drum to realign your energies before enjoying a steaming bowl of soup and bread supper. Watch the stars and then sleep in the nurturing womb of Spirit Horse as you keep warm in front of the wood burner (logs supplied).

Rough itinerary:

4.00pm: Arrive and settle in

5.30pm: Drum sound healing experience

7.00pm: Supper

7.30pm: Evening and overnight stay to enjoy, followed by your own breakfast the following morning

11.00am: Depart

What to bring:

You will need to bring your own bedding/sleeping bags (fold out mattresses supplied), towels, toiletries and clothes (please ensure you bring clothes/shoes/boots suitable for the weather conditions). A good torch is useful and you'll have access to Shaman's Retreat toilet and shower. You will also need to provide your own breakfast - a small firefit with logs is provided as well as a basic set of camping crockery and cutlery.

Price

Single night only: £90 per couple.

Holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter & Bank Holidays) will incur a 35% surcharge

Please complete the registration form with details of the date you'd like to stay. You will then be emailed with confirmation of availability and details of how to pay. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

No liability can be accepted whatsoever for any activity you participate in or for damage or loss to personal belongings or to yourself during your stay. By booking your stay you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing at all times.
