retreat reservation

1. Retreat bookings are offered on a fair exchange basis.

2. Please complete and submit the above form.  You will receive an email confirmation of availability and the total cost of your stay.

3. On confirmation of availability, a 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking (Paypal or Bank Transfer).   The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat date.

4.  If you need to change the date of your retreat booking, this can be arranged subject to the following conditions:

a) The deposit has already been paid

b) The requested date change is available

c) Once an alternative date is offered and accepted, the date cannot be changed again.

5.  If you need to cancel the retreat booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the refund policy stated below.

6. The full address and directions are provided upon either deposit or full payment.

7. Staying at Shaman's Retreat is on a self-catered basis.  Details of farm shops, retail and grocery stores, restaurants etc are provided.

8. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is by 11.30am..

9. Any shamanic support and/or healing requested during your stay that is not pre-booked is subject to my availability and chargeable at £60 per hour per person (cash or bank transfer)

10. You are kindly requested to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition as found, and leave used bedding/towels on the bedroom floor for laundering.

11. Cancellation/Refund policy:

a.  Deposit payments are non refundable.

b.  Cancellations made giving more than 4 weeks notice are refunded, less the deposit.

c. No refunds are available from 4 weeks before your stay as it is unlikely that it can be rebooked at such short notice
